The first question that we ask our potential customers over the phone or on an estimate is, do you want inside AND outside of your windows cleaned? 

Since 2020 that answered has changed a little bit. More often now, customers have a different preference when it comes to the inside windows being cleaned, they are choosing just the outsides to be cleaned, because they want to limit exposure to service people inside their home. 

The next question is, ‘do you have screens in your windows?’ This helps us understand how much time we will need to commit to cleaning a window on the outside, screen cleaning takes longer to remove, treat/clean, dry, and then reinstall. 

And usually another question is ‘do you want the slider doors cleaned inside/outside/tracks/frames AND glass, or JUST THE GLASS?’ This is important to understand if they just want their slider doors ‘maintained or just glass cleaned’. Sometimes customers have slider doors that are in good condition that need help with just the glass and sometimes the sliders have been neglected a little bit and need track and frame cleaning investment of time and energy. 

Exterior only cleaning ( NO SCREENS ) This is cleaning outside window glass and frames with pure, clean water method and carbon fiber pole with boar’s hair brush. This is the best way to clean windows and the most cost effective. This price starts at $ 3 per with most exterior windows at $ 5 base price. Most houses are $ 200 to $ 300 (before discounts) - the larger the house and the more the windows, the higher the price. See cost/price page for more detail.

Exterior only cleaning ( WITH SCREENS ). This is same as above, $ 3 to $ 5 for most windows and then an additional $ 5 per screen to remove, treat/clean, dry and reinstall screens. 

Exterior only window cleaning with screen and with slider doors inside/outside.  This is what most house window cleaning is all about. Remove screens, treat/clean them, let them dry, reinstall after windows are clean. Clean outside windows with water fed pole and boar’s hair with ultra pure water. Then, clean inside and outside of slider doors (both sides of glass) and tracks and frames. 

Depending on the number of slider door panels you have and the size, this is usually priced at $ 250 to $ 350 for most sized houses (below 2500 sq ft), and price before discounts applied. 

Each window exterior starts at $ 3 to $ 5 - screens are at $ 5 each - slider doors at $ 5 per pane of glass and $ 10 each side for full detail.

This is the complete window cleaning of a home. We use a vacuum and dry brush to clean the tracks of the inside window frames, the window frames themselves, and the window seals plus finishing with traditional window cleaning on the glass. We vacuum and brush, clean with soapy water and finish to remove as much dirt and grime as we can. 

The slider doors get the tracks cleaned with dry brush and vaccum, then cleaned with soap and water and wiped out and down. We clean the framework of the slider doors, the tracks and the side rails of the slider door frame. And we finish with the glass, traditional method on the inside and water fed pole or maybe traditional method on the outside (each situation may be different) 

Screens removed and treated and cleaned, dried and reinstalled at the end. Exterior windows are cleaned with water fed pole and boar’s hair brush with ultra pure water. 

Most houses are $ 300 to $ 500 before discounts.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY WINDOWS CLEANED ? 

We recommend you clean your Exterior windows EVERY 3 MONTHS with or without screens.

Why? Mold, mildew, UV and Salt are trying to break them down. Slider Door tracks get full of debris from just the open air and bugs leading to the wheels getting corroded and failing. 

We recommend you clean your Interior windows EVERY 6 TO 12 MONTHS 

Why? Dust, allergens, pet hair and mold collect on the inside glass and should be removed regularly just like a home cleaning. 6 months if you have several shedding pets and/or children or several people living in the home. 

Ocean Property?  We recommend you clean your windows EVERY 4 TO 8 WEEKS. 

Why? SALT !!!  Salt eats away at the rubber seals, eats away at the aluminum in the screens and increases the window seal failing and an outgassing of the in-between argon gas which will destroy the window and it must then be replaced.
